OEM & EMS PCBA Manufacturing
OEM / EMS — Build-to-print contract manufacturing for your locked designs. Send your Gerber files, BOM, and assembly drawings. We execute with precision — from turnkey component sourcing and rigorous DFM reviews to high-yield SMT assembly and custom FCT testing.
OEM PCBA Manufacturing: Flawless Execution for Locked Designs
Build-to-print OEM/EMS is the fastest path from approved design files to tested, shipped PCBA boards. You own the design; we own the manufacturing discipline. We execute the complete hardware lifecycle: BOM Scrubbing → Tier-1 Sourcing → SMT Assembly → Inline 3D SPI & AOI → FCT.
Your Gerber and BOM arrive, and your boards ship. No unauthorized design changes, no re-engineering, no surprises.
Every project operates under IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 acceptance standards, backed by ISO 9001:2015 certified processes. Components are sourced exclusively from Tier-1 authorized distributors with full lot-level traceability — zero open-market risk.
Your design is released and locked — ready for production. We conduct a rigorous DFM review and manufacture to your exact specifications.
Scale from quick-turn prototypes (24-72 hrs) to volume production on the exact same Yamaha SMT lines. No line changeover, no process variation, ensuring consistent yield.
Every reel is barcoded and ERP-logged. Counterfeit mitigation is built directly into our authorized procurement process.
If your hardware design is incomplete and you need us to co-develop the schematics and BSP to support your application code, explore our Joint Design(JDM) model.
If you lack internal hardware engineers and need a team to architect the entire product from scratch (including custom PCBA and embedded firmware), our Turnkey ODM model handles everything from concept to delivery.

Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Review
Your Gerber, BOM, and assembly drawings arrive. Our senior engineers run a rigorous DFM/DFT review—analyzing pad geometries, via placements, and BOM completeness. We catch design flaws before a single board is fabricated.
What You Get
A comprehensive DFM report detailing potential manufacturing risks and solutions. We do not proceed to production without your explicit sign-off. Typical turnaround: 24-48 hours.
Turnkey Component Sourcing & Procurement
We scrub your BOM through our ERP system, checking for EOL (End-of-Life) parts or long lead times. We source exclusively from Tier-1 authorized distributors. Every component reel is barcoded to ensure 100% lot-level traceability.
What You Get
A detailed procurement report with confirmed lead times. If alternates are needed to mitigate shortages, you receive a cross-reference list. No substitutions are ever made without your approval.
High-Speed SMT & DIP Soldering
Your boards hit our 7× Yamaha YSM10+20/20R SMT lines (handling 0201 to 0.3mm BGA). Inline 3D SPI inspects solder paste volume, followed by precision reflow and 3D AOI. Mixed-technology boards proceed to wave or selective DIP soldering.
What You Get
A First Article Inspection (FAI) report complete with high-res AOI images for your review. Once the first article is approved, we lock in the machine parameters for consistent volume scaling.
Comprehensive PCBA Testing & QA
We test to IPC-A-610 Class 2 or 3 standards. X-ray verifies hidden BGA/QFN solder joints. Custom ICT fixtures check for opens/shorts, while FCT jigs execute your exact functional test protocols to guarantee field reliability.
What You Get
Detailed yield reports and test logs. We establish and manage a 'Golden Sample' to ensure repeatable acceptance criteria across all future production batches. Burn-in testing logs provided if requested.
Final QA, Box-Build & Global Logistics
Boards undergo Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) visual inspection via AQL sampling. We apply conformal coating, perform final box-build assembly (if required), and seal products in ESD-safe vacuum packaging with humidity indicators.
What You Get
Shipment notification with tracking, commercial invoice, and final QA sign-off documents. All production records are securely archived in our ERP—making your next re-order a seamless, one-click process.
OEM/Electronic Contract Manufacturing: Discipline Over Pure Capacity
Capacity is easy to buy; discipline is hard to build. True turnkey PCB assembly relies on rigid process control, unbroken traceability, and uncompromising engineering standards. Here is how our Shenzhen OEM / EMS facility protects your locked designs and ensures repeatable yields.
Authorized Component Sourcing — Zero Grey-Market Risk
Hardware engineers lose sleep over silent BOM swaps and counterfeit ICs. We solve this through a ruthless supply chain gating process. We source exclusively through Tier-1 authorized distributors (Mouser, DigiKey, Avnet, Future) or direct manufacturer channels. We do not buy from unauthorized open-market brokers to save a few cents. Every reel entering our floor is barcoded into our ERP system, ensuring lot-level traceability down to the specific placement on your board.
"Traceability isn't a buzzword here; it's a documented audit trail. Certificates of Conformance (CoC) are strictly managed for your BOM. If a component isn't traceable to the factory, it doesn't touch our SMT machines."
IPC-A-610 Quality — Catch Defects in Stride, Not at the End
Finding a bridged BGA joint at final functional testing is too late—that is expensive rework. Our quality philosophy is inline verification. The Koh Young 3D SPI inspects solder paste volume before placement. The inline AOI catches fillet quality and polarity immediately post-reflow. Dage X-Ray penetrates hidden joints. By building a three-stage inspection chain (SPI ➔ AOI ➔ X-Ray) alongside custom FCT fixtures, defects are caught and corrected during assembly, not discovered at final QA.
EVT to Mass Production — Same Lines, Same Thermal Profiles
The biggest risk in electronic contract manufacturing is the prototype-to-volume yield drop. This happens when prototypes are built on slow, manual benches and then "transferred" to high-speed lines for production. We reject this practice. Your EVT validation boards run on the exact same Yamaha YSM20 SMT lines and pass through the same reflow ovens as your 50,000-unit batch. Zero thermal profile shifts. Zero process variation. When your design is verified, scaling is merely a quantity change, never a process change.
What "Build-to-Print" Actually Means on Our Floor
We do the heavy lifting, but you hold the steering wheel.
- Pre-Production DFM Review — Pad geometries, mask clearances, and via-in-pad rules are validated against our machine tolerances within 48 hours of file receipt.
- Flexible Material Models — Choose full turnkey PCB assembly where we handle the entire BOM, or use a consigned model where you supply critical ICs and we procure the passives.
- Harsh-Environment PCBA — Conformal coating, potting, and underfill applied strictly to your specs for industrial or automotive reliability.
- Serialized Traceability — MAC addresses, QR codes, or alphanumeric barcodes laser-etched or labeled for lifecycle tracking.
- ESD-Safe Global Logistics — Boards are vacuum-sealed with humidity indicator cards, boxed in custom kitting, and shipped globally via DHL, FedEx, or your designated forwarder.

Common Questions About OEM & EMS
What files do you need to quote an OEM/EMS project?
To provide a highly accurate, no-hidden-costs quote, we require a locked manufacturing data package. Please submit:
• Gerber files (RS-274X or X2 format)
• BOM in Excel/CSV (including Manufacturer Part Numbers)
• Pick-and-place / Centroid data
• Assembly drawings (PDF)
Note: If your project requires ICT/FCT, please also include your test protocols. We accept EDA outputs from Altium, KiCad, Cadence, and Eagle.
What is the typical lead time for PCBA manufacturing?
PCBA turnaround relies heavily on component availability. Once all materials hit our factory floor:
• Quick-turn prototypes ship in 24 to 72 hours.
• Standard volume production (SMT & DIP) takes 2 to 4 weeks.
We provide a hard, committed production schedule alongside your quote — no rough estimates, no excuses.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for OEM / EMS?
We operate with a strict No MOQ policy. Whether you need 5 boards for NPI (New Product Introduction) validation or 100,000+ units for mass market rollout, we execute. Crucially, your low-volume prototypes run on the exact same Yamaha SMT lines as your volume orders, guaranteeing zero process variation when you scale.
How do you guarantee component authenticity and prevent counterfeit ICs?
By refusing to buy from unauthorized open-market brokers. Period. For turnkey projects, we procure exclusively from Tier-1 authorized distributors (Mouser, DigiKey, Avnet, Future) and direct IC manufacturers. Every reel is barcoded upon receipt into our ERP, establishing a lot-level audit trail. Certificates of Conformance (CoC) are available for every item on your BOM.
Do you accept consigned components or partial-turnkey models?
Absolutely. We offer flexible material models to fit your supply chain strategy: Full Turnkey, Full Consigned (Kitted), or Partial Turnkey. In a partial (hybrid) model, you typically consign your proprietary or allocated ICs, while we leverage our purchasing scale to procure standard passives, discretes, and connectors. All consigned inventory is immediately logged and stored in our climate-controlled, ESD-safe facility.
